Charlie Ninja
A colourful, 1 or 2-player platform shoot-em-up consisting of 5 stages, in which the player controls a Ninja who must jump and shoot his way through each of the game's stages, before taking on the archetypal end-of-level 'Boss'.
Bonuses can be picked up to increase the firepower, and barrels can either be smashed to reveal bonuses, or picked up and thrown at the enemies. In addition; the Ninja can perform high jump by pressing the JUMP button, then pressing it again while the Ninja is in the air. This is useful for avoiding enemies and essential for reaching high platforms.

- 0.144u7: David Haywood fixed little graphic garbage (a zero) in the upper left corner of Charlie Ninja.
- 0.134u1: Fixed access violation (debug) with "-nosound -video none -debug" in Charlie Ninja.
- 0.98u4: Added missing gfx2 rom ($0). Changed OKI6295 clock speed to 7627 Hz - Game now playable.
- 2nd August 2005: Corrado Tomaselli redumped the missing gfx2 mask rom (sprite).
- 31st July 2005: David Haywood - Final 156 update for tonight... General: Added Sprites, EEPROM settings don't work on any game and No Sound. Charlie Ninja: Tilemaps aren't big enough, sprites are a bad dump, some scrolling problems on title screen... (I'm sure it was ok before).
- 0.84: David Haywood added Charlie Ninja (Mitchell 1995).
