0.124u1 [Guru]
0.63 [Aaron Giles]
Bugs:
- Missing selection indicator within service mode. RubberBekki (ID 04947)
WIP:
- 0.146u2: Daniel Filner fixed Off Road Challenge - Game now playable. Two TMS32031 CPU1 fixes: Don't set underflow when doing a floating point subtract that results in 0. Don't overwrite the exponent during a FIX operation. Brian Troha added DIP locations to Off Road Challenge. Changed 'Unknown' to 'Unused' dipswitches.
- 30th June 2011: Guru - A Midway Offroad Challenge board came in to be repaired. After fixing it I noticed it was version 1.50 so I dumped it. That was added to the current version of MAME already.
- 0.143: Guru added clone Off Road Challenge (v1.50), not working. Updated Cruis'n USA README to include Off Road Challenge.
- 0.133u1: Renamed (offrodc4) to (offroadc4), (offrodc3) to (offroadc3) and (offrodc1) to (offroadc1).
- 0.131u4: Tormod, Smitdogg and Dumping Union added 'Off Road Challenge (v1.63)'. Renamed (offroadc) to (offrodc4).
- 31st May 2009: Smitdogg - Thanks to Tormod we got Offroad Challege 1.63 (the newest revision dumped!).
- 0.130u2: Added buttons 7-11. Removed 2nd Player.
- 0.124u1: Guru added 'Off Road Challenge (v1.40)' and clone (v1.30). Changed 'Off Road Challenge' to clone 'Off Road Challenge (v1.10)'. Renamed (offroadc) to (offrodc1).
- 0.79u2: Replaced Custom sound with DMA-driven DAC.
- 0.78u4: Changed region cpu2 to sound1.
- 0.77: TMS32031 fixes [Aaron Giles]: Many fixes to the TMS32031 core; Offroad Challenge is almost playable as a result, minus the fact that the clipping plane seems to like clipping out the cars during the race. But the terrain problems are fixed at least.
- 5th November 2003: Aaron Giles improved the TMS32031 core a lot, making Offroad Challenge almost playable (the terrain problems are fixed at least, but the clipping plane seems to like clipping out the cars during the race now).
- 0.74u2: Brake pedal hack removed.
- 0.74: Changed ADSP2105 clock speed to 10MHz.
- 0.63: Aaron Gile added Off Road Challenge (Midway 1997).
- 8th December 2002: Aaron Giles added War Gods (with imperfect sound) and Off Road Challenge (with several in-game problems, but correct sound) to the V-unit driver.
