- The announcer's voice is garbled, robot-like, and very low volume. Karasu (ID 00102)

- 0.141: Pierpaolo Prazzoli fixed small brown boxes that seem to be graphic glitches appear on the slopes, beginning on Course 2. Changed palettesize from 3072 to 5120 colors.
- 0.135u2: Phil Bennett fixed Extreme Downhill, which does not start.
- 0.123u2: Changed palettesize to 3072 colors.
- 0.122u8: RansAckeR improved dipswitches according to manuals in Extreme Downhill.
- 0.37b16: Luca Elia added Extreme Downhill (v1.5) (Sammy 1995).
- 1st June 2001: Luca Elia added Extreme Downhill to the Seta driver.
