Fixed gfx rom loading. Changed palettesize to 512 colors. Switched clone Exciting Soccer (bootleg) to use the correct gfx ROMs (matches screenshot found in ID 01058 exctsccb: Exciting Soccer bootleg should be placed in champbas.c.).
