WIP:
- 0.122u8: Zsolt Vasvari removed colortables from Birdie King and a number of other drivers, as part of a larger move to phase out old-style colortables. Fixed dipswitches. Changed palettesize to 64 colors.
- 0.122u4: Changed Z80 CPU1 clock speed to 3MHz and the 2x AY-3-8910A to 1.5MHz.
- 0.106u12: MASH added plds ($0, 200, 400 - pal16l8.1, pal16l8.2 and pal16l8.3) to Birdie King 2.
- 0.62: Changed prom ($200) to user1 prom ($0 - collision detection). Game now playable.
- 6th October 2002: Stefan Jokisch added collision detection to the Birdie King driver, making both Birdie King 1 and 2 fully playable.
- 0.35b10: Fixed colors in Birdie King 2 [Zsolt Vasvari]. Added 2nd player. Changed palettesize from 8 to 512 colors. Added proms ($0, 200 - palette and collision detection prom 32x1 (not currently used)).
- 6th April 1999: Zsolt Vasvari added the correct colors and cocktail mode to Birdie King 2.
- 0.35b3: Zsolt Vasvari improved Birdie King 2 which is now playable. Added maincpu ($3000) and gfx2/3/4 roms. Added Z80 (3MHz) CPU2, 2x AY-8910 (2MHz) and DAC sound. Fixed Z80 CPU1 clock speed to 4MHz and visible area to 224x256.

- 9th February 1999: Nicola Salmoria got Birdie King 2's sound working and the crow sprites are also fixed.
- 8th February 1999: Zsolt Vasvari got Birdie King 2 playable (without sound though).
