0.80u2 [El Condor, Uki]

TEST MODE:
- Enter switch test mode by holding down the Hit key, and when the crosshatch pattern comes up, release it and push it again. After you get into Check Mode (F2), press the Hit key to switch pages.

Bugs:
- What do the control ports do? Payout? Source (ID 02472)
- Correct CPU speed/ YM2149 frequencies are unknown. Source (ID 02473)
- [possible] NVRAM does not work for lvcards? Source (ID 02474)

WIP:
- 0.103u2: Changed 'Lovely Poker [BET]' to a clone of Lovely Cards.
- 0.99u2: Uki and El Condor added Lovely Poker [BET].
- 0.86u4: Curt Coder converted Lovely Cards to use tilemaps and fixed tile rendering, the tile ROM is not a bad dump, the gfx routine was bad!
- 2nd July 2004: El Condor submitted some input port fixes to the Lovely Cards driver.
- 0.80u2: Added Lovely Cards (Tehkan 1985). Doesn't actually appear to be a gambling game, just gambling themed.
- 15th March 2004: El Condor updated Uki's old Lovely Cards driver to current standards for inclusion.
- 26th January 2001: Uki from Team Japump dumped Lovely Cards (c)1985 Tehkan.
- 21st October 2000: Uki from Team Japump dumped Lovely Poker [BET] (c)1985 Tehkan.
