- 0.142u3: Angelo Salese removed cheesy hack from 'F-1 Grand Prix Star II' irq communications. Added pedal input and changed buttons from 4 to 2. Changed 68000 CPU5 clock speed to 10MHz.
- 0.130u1: Phil Bennett fixed sound regression in F-1 Grand Prix Star II.
- 0.128u6: Mamesick fixed F-1 Grand Prix Star II freezes upon reaching track. Changed 68000 CPU5 clock speed to 12MHz.
- 0.126u4: Added dipswitches 'Coin A (EU FR)', 'Coin A (JP US)', 'Coin B (EU FR)', 'Coin B (JP US)' and 7x 'Unknown'.
- 0.108u1: Sonikos changed UK region to Europe in Grand Prix Star and F-1 Grand Prix Star II.
- 0.88: Brian Troha added new gfx4 roms - Game now playable.
